Mango also strengthens our immunity, which helps us to protect ourselves from many types of diseases. Aam Panna contains a lot of vitamins, which make our body strong. There is no possibility of getting heat stroke by drinking aam panna in summer. Its sour-sweet taste is also very good to drink, as well as when we mix mint in it and drink it, it also keeps the digestive system of our body fine. Old people used to call raw mango by the name of Kairi.
Mango Panna - Ingredients
Black Salt - 2 teaspoons
White Salt - 2 tsp
Mint - 1 bunch
Sugar - 4 cups
Black Pepper
Roasted Cumin

First of all, peel the raw mango, wash it with clean water and boil it in the cooker. Then take out the gitak from that boiled pulp and grind it in a mixer. Then add sugar, mint, salt, black salt, black pepper, roasted cumin and grind it in a mixer, then filter it.
Roast the cumin seeds on a pan. Once it gets roasted, then grind the cumin seeds and add it to the mango panna. Then add ice to it. Add mint sprigs and ice and serve with a straw.
Mixing mint in raw mango panna makes it very beneficial for the stomach, which strengthens the digestive system.
