Gheeya - a small piece

First, we will peel all the vegetables and wash them thoroughly with clean water 2-3 times, after that we will cut all the vegetables.
Now we will take a cooker and put all these vegetables in it and put the cooker on the gas and light the gas. Now we will put half a teaspoon of salt and 4 pieces of whole garlic in it.
When our masala is roasted well, we will add boiled vegetables to it and mix it well. Now we will roast the bhaji on low flame for some more time so that all the vegetables get mixed well.
All the vegetables are mixed well but the vegetables are still visible to us in the form of pieces, which is not looking good.
So, we will press all these vegetables with the help of a ladle or with the help of potato masher and mix them in that spice. After about 10 minutes you turn off the gas.
Now take out this bhaji from the pan and put it in a bowl. Our bhaji is ready.
