Ginger green coriander

A day before, take 200 grams of dried peas and put them in a vessel, and wash it 3 to 4 times in clean water. Now add clean water to these dry peas and keep them soaked overnight. Soaking dry peas makes them soft and plump, which makes them quick and tasty to eat.
The next day we will remove all the water from the peas and put the peas in a cooker and keep it on the gas and burn the gas.
Now we will put 1 cup of water and some salt in the cooker, mix everything well with the help of a spoon and close the lid of the cooker. Will keep the gas flame high now, and when one whistle comes, we will slow down the gas flame and cook it for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Turn off the gas after about 8 to 10 minutes, and keep the cooker closed until its steam comes out completely. When the steam of the cooker is over, we will open the cooker, and with the help of a spoon take out some peas from the cooker and check whether they are cooked or not.
